I've requested a withdrawal and it pending for 5 days now. And when you try to express your concerns to customer support you never get a response. I'm starting to believe that this site is a scam. No, I didn't open multiple accounts and I put the correct wallet address. I also have an audit log showing someone taking my coins without my permission. I also disputed these actions multiple times and never got a response. And that kapitalpay support email is bogus it doesn't exist. Please take my word for it and don't waste your time or money investing in kapitalpay.
