Misleading adverts. Rude and abusive customer service. Photos and description not correct when you phone to sort it out you get abused and sworn at. This matter has been passed on to trading standards and police. Luckily have recorded phone calls and emails. If this is what they like for a £20 item I would avoid at all costs but a lot of traders out there just search around and go elsewhere
