I ordered a backpack with the singular intended purpose of taking it on a specific trip. When I placed the order, the upper bound on the possible delivery dates was roughly a week before the trip, so I felt comfortable placing the order and confident it would arrive before the trip. I'm writing this now with one working day left before my trip, and the backpack is still somewhere in Germany. At this point, I don't think there's a chance of my backpack arriving on time. That means I must buy an alternative and be stuck with a 170€ backpack I no longer need.
The website is unclear, noting that the backpack was sent 3 days before DHL actually picked it up. And the tracking is confusing and not detailed enough. The whole experience has been anxiety-inducing, and I won't be ordering from here again.
