I ordered this backpack seven days before leaving on holiday.
22nd of November, I placed my order. The delivery indication was 1-3 days.
The postal company did not receive the package from Kapten & Son until the 25th. Subsequently, the package was not delivered until the 28th. Furthermore, the package was delivered in an alternative delivery point, 14km from the requested location.
While I understand part of this was due the postal company, it is disappointing Kapten & Son did not meet their agreed delivery time. As a result, I was not able to use the bag for my holiday, which was the point of me buying the bag in the first place.
