This was my second experience communicating with CS, I appreciated the quick responses. The reason for contacting was because I did not receive any shipping confirmation or tracking number this time or any purchase before that, so I had no way of knowing where my order was. Amazing that it made it on time, but if I had the tracking number it could have been avoided. As for products, would love a middle size bag that is in-between the two Skara sizes! One is a bit large and the other a bit small for everyday life, in my opinion. Also, more Walnut colour options for the products, it's a great classic tone :)
