Very bad experience, been told to pay customs when during the ordering process there was nothing stated about that.
Since then been in the endless conversation between myself and support trying to reimburse cost for the paid delivery.
At the moment my emails are being completely ignored.
Please think twice before ordering as a uk citizen.
Process is very misleading and missing crucial information if there is actually customs to pay.
Will definitely not be be ordering again. The product is great but the service is really bad.
