Your backpacks are very pretty and I really love the beige aesthetic, but the quality is seriously disappointing. After just a couple of months, they start falling apart. Even worse, almost every time I order, the first item arrives with a defect and I have to go through the hassle of requesting a replacement.
If I find another brand offering a similar look with better durability, I’ll definitely be making the switch.
PS: Even on this form, for the question asking "How satisfied were you with our customer service?" the option saying "DISSATISFIED" DOES NOT WORK :|
