Ich konnte nur Express Lieferung bestellen, obwohl ich es nicht benötigt habe.
Dadurch ist die Lieferung nicht im DHL Shop angekommen, sondern wurde, nach weiteren Infos an den Zusteller, zurückgeschickt.
Beim 2. Versuch hat er ohne neue Absprache einfach in mein Büro geliefert.
Mit anderen Liefer-Optionen wäre das vielleicht nicht passiert.
Eindeutig auch DHL Fehler.
Aber Express ist auch zu teuer, wenn man es nicht benötigt.
