Only reason I ordered this bag was for my trip on 30th of April. I ordered the bag on 23rd and estimated arrival date was 28-29th. The bag only arrived to post office on 2nd of May.
As I am abroad due to my trip. I am not able to collect it & I no longer need it.
As a reflection of good customer service, I expect this order to be refunded with no deduction. Accordingly I will be happy to keep my comments offline.
