Shipping took a week, which is fine but 2-3 days is standard everywhere. Undersood it is coming from overseas. Royal mail is not the best delivery service. They often (not always) just leave a red note telling you to pick it up at the nearest depot - which is open 2hrs a day in the morning when people are at work.
