My backpack looks lovely, exactly like pictured. The only thing is that the straps are cheaply made and very bulky/stiff. For a bag that is quite feminine and small the straps are not comfortable. I kept the bag as it looks nice and in the hope that the strap padding will were in.
It would be nice if in the advertising picture/video this bag or any other would have a weight/things in the bag as it will show it better/more natural way.
