I have started using the 8 litre kombucha jar and it's great. My other jar is a 5 litre without a tap. The tap on the 8 litre is very convenient and makes it much easier to decant for the second ferment. I am considering buying a second jar. I also love the information on making kombucha that was emailed with the order...very informative. Thank you.
