I've now had my kambucha kit for nearly two months and have already had several batches of brew, which are delicious. I am so glad I bought a kit (the 8L) as it had everything I needed as well as things I didn't know I needed! After a lot of worry at the beginning (did I kill the scoby? is the temperature right? etc), I am now a relaxed brewer, doing second fermentations using Karl's recipes and really enjoying the whole process. I can totally recommend one of Karl's kits.
