I recently purchased the deluxe 8L Kombucha kit and was impressed by both the fast delivery time and quality of product I received. Upon opening my kit I realised that I was missing the adhesive temperature gauge and contacted Karl to see how to rectify the issue. Karl replied to my correspondence in a few hours and apologised for the error. He promised to send it out free of charge asap. I received it in the mail a couple days later. I highly recommend Karl Kombucha, great product, great service and Australian owned.. A+
