The Karl Kombucha method of making Kombucha worked well. The documentation/instructions that come with the commodities was easily read and implemented, both to make the initial batch and further batches. The equipment worked well also. There is plenty of information on the web site to cover potential problems that may arise, and to use the experiences of other on your own Kombucha journey.
