I am on my fifth successful brew. It is very exciting having a living thing in my kitchen! I just love the results I am getting! Far better than shop bought Kombucha, and much cheaper! It is very easy to make, I control what goes in, and Karl is always ready to assist. So you can have complete confidence in Karl Kombucha and his products!!
As our Winters are pretty cold, the heating mat proved to be a necessity, keeping the brew at a perfect temperature for brewing.
