Quick delivery. Unfortunately the product did not deliver. I've had a Karrimor backpack for 15 years now and it served me well until it got damaged a couple of months ago so I ordered another Karrimor backpack of similar spec. Disappointingly the quality of straps is nowhere near to that on the old backpack. I could not get the new model to fit my back no matter what I tried so I gave up in the end and returned the product. Very disappointing. I a m waiting for a refund now.
