Our ordered item failed to arrive. I contacted Karrimor ( managed by Sports Direct) 24 hours ago to explain that we had not received our item (despite Yodel claiming to have delivered it) and , as yet, I have had no response to my request for help. Karrimor is a brand I trust but I won't be buying online from them again.
