After paying £6.99 postage for next day delivery I was very surprised that the shoes were much too small, as I already have a similar pair from Karrimor, also in a size 4, which fit perfectly.
I was even more annoyed that it cost me £11 to return the shoes today, sending them by Registered Post, as advised.
This is the last time that I will order shoes in this way unless the firm uses a free click and collect service, and allows free returns.
