Although I am happy with the bag itself, and the time it took for delivery, I am extremely annoyed that I have just noticed a security tag has been left on the front lower pocket. How this was not checked or noticed before delivery was extremely careless! I live outside of the UK and go on holiday in two days so am now need to make a decision as what to do.
In addition to no customer service email address or number in any of the many emails I have also received is equally frustrating.
