Purchased some Karrimor waterproof walking shoes from your site for direct delivery to my local store. Unfortunately, when I tried them on they were a very small 8.5 size so have had to send them back for a 9. That in itself is not the problem. The issue is with the returns policy and making a preference to send returns by this method! The trainers cost me £32.00 including delivery but to return the item by way of registered post was a crazy £11. That's without the extra £2 for the packaging! So my fairly inexpensive trainers have now cost me £45. Not great on ones tight monetary budgets! Maybe you should rethink this one Karrimor. Free delivery in the first instance might be a way forward to soften the blow on your returns policy! ????
