I had requested (and paid for) next-day delivery, but Yodel did not deliver for two days. In addition, when the driver did eventually arrive, he refused to bring the package up to the second floor, leaving it instead in the entry way, claiming his truck did not lock. The ordered boots were to replace beloved Karrimor KSBs from the late 1990s and the product was not the same in terms of fit and comfort, so I am returning it for a refund. Not a good experience in any aspect.
