Goods received promptly. However, a little disappointed with the actual sandals. I purchased these as a birthday present for my husband, he is a size 7. These sandals are extremely small and narrow fitting and do not really fit him. Although a pre-printed returns label is enclosed, the cost to return is down to the customer. Unfortunately, it doesn't make any sense to return these for an exchange to incur more expenses, and if a size 8 still aren't right, then to return these plus the cost of the original postage would mean that I had paid more out in postage than the cost of the actual sandal. I don't think I will be buying Karrimor products off the internet again.
