I paid almost £7 extra for next day delivery. Yodel attempted delivery within 24 hours but failed (because I was out, and they didn't try to get a signature from a neighbour) and despite my having re-booked urgent delivery for today, my child's trainers have still not arrived. Not impressed, not happy, and my child has to wear unsuitable shoes in the interim. Plus I now have absolutely no idea WHEN or IF the trainers will be delivered.
Love the trainers Karrimor, but your delivery partner service leaves a lot to be desired.
