I was so excited to be getting a new pair of Karrimor boots. I have had a pair previously and couldn't stop raving about them. My husband was travelling to the UK, we live in South Africa, and he bought me 2 pairs for my birthday. I don't know if I was more excited to see him or my new boots. So imagine my complete disappointed when the boots arrived and one of the pairs although labelled size 5 seems to be at least a size smaller. Even when you put them side by side or run the soles together the other, one pair, the one that fits is much bigger than the other. I am happy to send photos for your perusal.
