I am only able to share a rating of the delivery service becuse the review request came before the delivry. I find when tracking my delivery that Yodel 'could not find my property' - but I have not yet been able to contact them as their chat is permanently busy. No other courier has this trouble by the way.
It might have something to do with the fact that Yodel are notoriously bad employers. People who treat and pay their staff properly tend to run a better-performing business. Your brand is tarnished by association with a poor courier. Also by association with Sports Direct of course, another notoriously bad employer. So no, I am not impressed.
