Good communication / website / notification. However... Oredered from Karrimor website. Collected item from sports direct as per order details. Items in sealed bag. checked contents in store, but when I arrived home I found a magnetic security tag still attached to one of the items (sigh!). I will now have to make another journey to sports direct or break off the tag. The sports direct in question does not have any nearby free parking and keeps office hours on weekdays which means a trip to a shopping area at a weekend (sigh!) Hence the poor overall rating, either I commit an hour or more of my life to see if the tag can be removed in Sprts Direct or I risk breaking it off.
