I have just received my jacket and I am indeed very disappointed. Although the purple amethyst pioneer model I ordered online was purple, I have actually been sent a black one which has some sort of sticky white stain on the front. I already have a black Karrimore jacket. It is precisely because I was impressed with the quality of the product that I wanted another in a different color! Now I am going to have to go through the whole palaver of returning it to you. I am truly shocked. I would have expected far better service from a company of your standing.
