Purchased a rolling backpack. It arrived missing a part that would allow me to roll the pack ( a flap covers wheels- there’s nothing to hold it out of way)
I’ve been trying to work with the company to make it right. They are horrible about customer service.
Since owning the bag other things have broken or ripped
