Sleeping bag arrived faulty. No customer services number to call. Needed it to go on safari for my honeymoon so ordered express delivery - waste of £7 as I had to drive a 30 mile round trip to take it to sports direct, plus had to pay for parking. They wanted an extra £5 to swap it as price is different on karrimor website to their store price. There is no way of complaining about quality of items or service on karrimor website. Have had several poor quality items recently from Karrimor. Karrimor used to be a great brand but it's really gone downhill in the last 2 years. If it wasn't for needing the sleeping bag for the trip, I would have returned it and bought from a different brand.
