Good, easy to use and very clear website. Ordering simple and t&c's very clear ie delivery options and charges. My lovely new walking shoes arrived the next day as expected and are brilliant. My one small grouse is that I didn't received a confirmation email of my order and had to go through Paypal to ensure the order had been processed. But, apart from that, very good.
