I don't usually give negative feedback, and I really don't enjoy doing so. I have had very good service from Karrimor in the past, however, in my most recent order I received the wrong item - by a long shot! I had ordered women's trainers, and received men's shoes. My order form stated the right pair of shoes whilst the box of shoes received were just completely different - someone clearly didn't pay any attention to what they were posting. It states in returning items that the customer is responsible for returns cost and postage, and whilst I understand this necessity if a customer changes their mind on an item ordered, I DO NOT feel it should be my responsibility to cover the cost from a mistake made by Karrimor.
