I had payment system issues, two orders paid for instead of one, they couldn't cancel one order at their end so sent both and asked me to return one, but the return process doesn't work, the carrier is telling us the opposite to Karrimor and they are now only offering me a credit note for the duplicate order that I have to pay to return to them!!!!
I think Karrimor are either incompetent or corrupt!!!
