Sandals arrived but two different styles, so think they must have been returns. Obviously contents of the box not checked before despatch. Found the 'help' section on website to be of little help and only gives an email address to send a contact form. Also, it appears that the buyer is expected to pay for return postage even if the company are at fault, going by the 'help' section. Eventually found a telephone number for Sports Direct who are associated with Karrimor (email goes to Sports Direct) and a representative sent a Freepost retirns label. Very disappointed with the whole process and will not be buying from Karrimor or Sports Direct online again. Returned sandals and now waiting too see how long it takes to get a full refund.
