The internet site was user friendly. The dispatch and delivery information timely. The experience of collection from Sportdirect, Kidderminster was poor/average. It would be better customer service if it were possible to collect in store, try the items and return items not suitable, immediately to the store. I was told I could leave the items I wished to return with the store but I could only have goods or a credit note. This I found unacceptable. Rohan, John Lewis and others large companies make provision for collect and return in store, perhaps Karrimor will do so in the near future. I like your sandal products and will continue to purchase from time to time, they are well designed and constructed.
