Purchased online sized 8 Karrimor Summit Snr shoes, paid £6.99 for next day delivery. They did arrive as promised, however they were too small, the cut of the shoe at the sides and heel was too shallow and did not grip the heel of the foot properly.
The next size up would have been too large.
I paid to return the shoes.
I have subsequently been refunded for the shoes only, leaving me £10 out of pocket for all the postage.
Is this an incentive for me to use Karrimor again ? Nope
