Do you think it might be more sensible to ask for a review AFTER the customer takes delivery of goods paid for ?
You do seem to take a tad to long in processing the order and getting the item to the shop for collection by the customer.
For that reason i would have to say your that your service is very poor.
Cart before the horse comes to mind !
