The process of purchasing online with Karrimor is fairly good but, in my opinion, does not rate as highly as many other major brands which offer online shopping. As with all online clothes stores you cannot judge the quality and sizing of clothes until you receive your order. The difference with Karrimor is that the sizing does not appear to have any consistency even within its own brand - a medium in a mans top for example can be anything from 36"- 44" chest but, if the item does fit you, then you're probably going to be quite happy with it. Delivery is prompt - but don't be sucked in by the £5 in-store discount offered for "Click & Collect", I found that items were generally more expensive in-store which negated the "discount" and, unless you live within walking distance of the store you've also got your travel expenses to consider so you might just as well get them to deliver it to your door and save yourself some money. Their returns policy is not so good either. Supposing you received a faulty item with an online order, the stores will not entertain exchanging goods even if they have 100's of the exact same item in stock - you have to post it back to somewhere called Shirebrook (?) at your own expense. Overall I feel that Karrimor (or Sports Direct) are ok if you go into a physical store and purchase goods but a bit lacking in the online shopping experience.
