I have wrongly placed one of the items in my order. So I have sent out two requests immediately to change it, one by email and one by website. No response was received until the shopping order was sent out.
I understand that your policy stated that no change could be made if the order was made. But I was requesting just the minute after my order, I dont think there is much difficulties to change the item for me or simply help me cancel my order.
The price on your website is great but I totally cannot accept your service quality.
