Hi there,
I am very disapointed to find out about the 14day refund on the more expensive items such as wetsuits. I wanted to exchange the wetsuit for a bigger size however have found it beyond difficult to find out how this can be done. I continue to try and speak with someone on the phone but instead can only find automated answers online. x
