Great service and prompt delivery of rucksack. Disappointed with the quality of the rucksack once received as despite it being the same model as my old rucksack, it certainly isnt made with the same quality of materials (admittedly the rucksack in question is now 20 years old and guess its unrealistic to assume that standards would be comparable)
