Good - Ordered a pair of trainers online which arrived promptly. Have bought similar before in a shop so knew what to expect. Good service.
Bad - having just clicked to confirm the order I noticed another more expensive style that I would have preferred but there was no way to amend the order. I am sure I could return the trainers and reorder but it would be much better to alter the website to enable changes to an order.
