I've just picked up my order from the shop, i did not receive an email to say that it was ready for collection,so straight away that is poor service on your behalf.
Having unpacked the item, i am very disappointed to find that the item is faulty , so I will be returning this , first thing on Monday morning.
So can you please arrange to have my money refunded without delay.
