Karrimor's service is hopeless. I ordered a 3 in 1 jacket and when the order came they had sent just a fleece. They then expected me to pay recorded delivery to Sen the wrong item back!! I'm waiting for a reply to my email about this but I may have to wait 3 days. That's nice!
