I ordered walking shoes to be picked up from a local branch of Sports Direct. Arrived quickly, good communication, shop staff good, product good and it fitted perfectly.
If it hadn't fitted properly I would have had to sort out a return courier which is my only gripe, but I was told I could do an exchange with anything in stock in the shop. Plus I got a £5 gift voucher for shopping online. Great
