The shoes have not yet arrived. Your carrier Yodel lied about trying to deliver them (they were on a next day delivery) - claiming no one had been in. My desk (home office) is 6ft from my front my door and I have several dogs who bark at the slightest sound.There had been no card put through the letterbox. I called Yodel to complain right after I got the email saying they'd tried to deliver and they claimed they would get the driver to turn round and try again. They didn't arrive. Yodel's online tracking then claimed they would deliver the next day (yesterday). They didn't. May I recommend DPD? They are absolutely fantastic. Timed deliveries and an app that will keep you in the loop. If they're a bit more expensive, they're worth it in terms of customer-satisfaction.
