Delivery was fine, the product was a bit disappointing. I bought the Karrimor Urban jacket. The zips on the side pockets have toggles to aid the person using them but the zips on the chest pockets don't have toggles and are very small. A person in poor weather would likely to be wearing gloves would find the zips almost impossible to use.
