I ordered a rucksack from Karrimor without realising a family member had already purchased the one I was looking for. I found this out before my order had even been processed so I contacted karrimor requesting the order to be cancelled, my order gwad then been processed which, again I requested a cancellation but the customer service advisor said it was too late as it had been picked up by the courier. It wasn't too late when I wanted to cancel in the first place as the order hadn't been processed! This meant I had 2 of the same rucksack and an inconvenience having to return one. The rucksack itself is fine but I won't be ordering from them again.
