I ordered some leggings online which when they arrived turned out to be sized very small (I am always size 8/10, I ordered size 10 to be safe but the karrimor size 10 was tiny!). I am going to send them back to be swapped for a larger size but have been disappointed to realise that I have to pay for the return postage myself via Royal Mail recorded delivery which will probably be quite expensive. Having already paid £5 postage on an £11 item for the initial delivery (which wont be refunded!), I am very dissatisfied. Will I even have to pay postage AGAIN to get a larger size delivered!? This is ridiculous as the item was very badly sized - I consider this a fault with the product but I the customer am having to pay MORE than the value of the item in postage for this fault. Most other online stores offer free returns/exchanges - Karrimor needs to get with the times and offer this too, otherwise I certainly wont be buying from them again and will discourage everyone from doing the same.
