There was no option from the couriers Yodel to discuss why they had not arrived nor any contact telephone number or complaints email address to find out why. Just a response to say get back to your supplier as the goods may have been damaged or not signed for. The latter is nonsense as we waited in all day. There is also no contact email address or telephone number for you on the website. Maybe this failure should be redirected to others for advice on not what to do as a business.
